This is especially helpful for offices that have been scanning documents onto a local server and need to migrate them to Redtail Imaging.
• Searchable PDF Creation - Create searchable PDF files on the fly from almost any document file type with just a click.
• Redtail CRM Integration - Link files and folders to client records in your Redtail CRM database so that you can view and access client files from either location. CRM users also have seamless sign on capability from the client record and use one login for access to both systems.
• Audit Trail and File Access Logs - Complete audit and access histories are recorded on all files and folders. Track when files are saved or downloaded, when indexes change and when files or folders are added, moved, renamed or deleted.
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - Automatic OCR picks up words ad phrases from nearly any scanned image or uploaded TIF file. Added to this process is the Full Text Catalog that lets you search for any words or phrases within your libraries instantly.
• 10 GB Storage Included - The largest default file storage archive of any hosted application. With 10 GB of storage you can scan up to 5 file cabinets and still have room left over. Increase your storage limits incrementally at any time.
• TIF Annotations - Add sticky notes, stamps, highlights, arrows and free text annotations to any TIF image as separate overlay files so that the original image is never altered. Annotations can also be embedded into searchable PDF files.

Laser App

Laser App uses The Investment Center, Rep, and Client data pulled directly from your contact management system and/or database and automatically fills out securities, annuity, and various other financial forms quickly and efficiently.

Simply choose a client, select a form from the Laser App library of over 3,000 forms, and Laser App will take your client, rep, and broker/dealer information and insert it into the appropriate fields of the form for you automatically. You can quickly edit the forms right from your computer screen!

Your client data is maintained by you in your contact management system and/or database, and Laser App provides you with the latest, most up-to-date forms.  Laser App users can update newly added financial forms and form updates from the web twenty-four hours a day.
